Replacing a toilet not always made simple

Replacing a toilet isn't always easy and honestly most the time their are serious problems that need a professional plumber. Plumbers are aware of what is wrong but to the average person an issue might not hit them straight in the face. For example: In the pictures below the flange of the toilet needed to be replaced. Every time a toilet is pulled and lifted of the ground be aware that an issue may need to be address further under the toilet. Once a toilet supply line is disconnected it may not attach properly to the new threads of the shut-off or toilet tank itself. A toilet shut off may not turn off all the way and might need replacing before even addressing the toilet itself. Replacing the shut off will consist of turning off the main water shut off to the entire house. To go one step further if the main water shut off valve doesn't turn off, then the city will have to be called to turn off the water from outside near the street.Ken's Sewer Service can help address any plumbing issue with any toilet.
