By making this easier and more accessible it will first of all make the job easier and second get the job done faster which means less spend out of your pocket book.
When should you install outside clean outs?
If you have a broken line and are forced to dig make sure you install outside clean outs. If feasible have the clean outs installed that go both in towards the property and out towards the street. This will make it so all the cleaning from then on can be done outside. No More mess inside. If your having a clog between the stack and the front clean out then you will have to clean inside.
