“Toepener”

http://www.toepener.com/

With living in such a fast pass life people have somehow forgotten how to wash their hands. To the naked eye public restrooms may look clean but don’t let your eye fool you. Public restrooms may be tidy but are NOT clean. This invention of the toepener is one the smartest most needed tools to exit a bathroom. Believe it or not but most people do not wash their hands after using the bathroom. Take a second and think about how dirty that door handle is.

What does it take to make a beautiful yard?

Designing a yard to be beautiful takes a lot of time and dedication. The very first step is to lay in the middle of your yard and picture what you want it to look like. Weather your property is small or large you can make it beautiful with planning. With any size yard it is important to make sure you have the proper equipment to get the job done the right way. When it comes to mowing making sure your blades are sharpened every fifteen hours will give you your perfect look. Keeping your blades sharp will cut the grass instead of just tearing your grass up. When cutting your grass it’s important to make sure the length should be at least three inches tall. Cutting your lawn on a lower setting will just mean more watering and harder to maintain through the hot summer days. Also, by keeping the grass at a longer length your grass will be able to take more wear and tear from kids playing on it. Making sure your spigots are working is very important for watering during the summer months. Keep you yard looking clean and wrap up your hose bibs after using.
Yards in general always look nicer with some sort of color. Plants and flowers really brighten up a yard. Read about flowers and make sure you buy the right ones. Some flowers for example would look nice in your yard but wouldn’t last more than a couple of months. I see people planting a lot of perennials these days so they have that space taken care of for years to come. Make sure in a shaded area you get a plant that grows well without sun. If you have extra space on your property to fill a patio, gazebo or hot tub this always a huge hit to the yard. Call Ken’s Sewer Service for installing or repairing any water spigot or hose bib. Remember when designing a yard you want it friendly enough for family and friends to hang out in with you. Making sure your yard look just right takes time, planning and hard work. Good Luck, have fun and remember to stay hydrated.

Rain-X

Be careful when driving in storms and on long road trips. Apply Rain-X to your windshields before leaving for a trip or even for the day. Rain-X best works when traveling over 50mph. When snow settles on your windows with rain-x applied it is easier to remove ice. I have used rain-x in the past and would 100% recommend it to anyone. Stop wearing out your wipers for no reason.

When buying a toilet…

There are several questions to research before purchasing a toilet. Find out the following:
One-piece vs. two-piece?
Elongated vs. Round?
Standard vs. Right Height?
10”, 12”,14” rough in?
Wax, wax with flange, wax-free gasket?

Shopping for toilets should be exciting. Take your time and once you have purchased your toilet call Ken’s Sewer Service to install and handle the rest.
